Hi! I'm Ann, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Registered Nurse based in Houston, TX. With a passion for helping families in the early postpartum period, I offer evidence-based care with a gentle, nonjudgmental approach.

Meet your consultant

Ann Herbet, RNC-OB, IBCLC

Ann is incredibly patient and kind and the was the perfect lactation consultant to lead me on my breastfeeding journey. With my first baby (no lactation consultant), I struggled to produce milk and was sort of wandering through breastfeeding without a real goal. So with my second, I decided I needed to approach things with more thought and guidance. Ann helped me prior to baby by teaching proper hand expression and colostrum harvesting. In the week following his arrival, she was a steady presence who guided me through another start with low milk production, reminded me that I was in control of this journey, and helped me develop a feeding plan where my baby thrived (and gained weight) AND boosted my supply. I’m currently combo feeding with both breast milk and formula, in a way that brings balance to being postpartum with a newborn and toddler at home. I really couldn’t have done this without her and I’m so happy for where my feeding journey has gone.” ~Stephanie
